32kg TGU

Today's workout consisted of one heavy TGU with a 32kg 'bell (see video), which felt really heavy, followed by a circuit that went as follows:

(Each station was 30 seconds):
-Rope undulations
-Goblet squat, 16kg 'bell
-Swings, 16kg 'bell
-Standing hot potato, 16kg 'bell

I was feeling out of sorts today, so I only did three sets.  Definitely got the heart pumping, though.

Life is a little crazy right now, but a lot of exciting changes are unfolding as well.  I'm looking forward to the next couple of weeks though -- moving into a new place, an upcoming vacation to Hawaii, and a lot of other good stuff. :)  More later!
