What a long couple of days!

Wow. My body is exhausted after the last couple of days of moving my friend from up north back down to this area. It's amazing how much moving takes out of you. However, I went to kettlebell class anyway.
The weather was dreary and everyone was lacking motivation, but we got work done. Renegade rows with 24kgs, 2x5; squat circle with 5 people, went around 4 times progressing 1, 2, 3, 4 reps, 24kg; tall-kneeling MP, 2x5 R/L, 16kg; one bell bear crawls through sand, 24kg; I-go-you-go swings and squats, swings until squatter is done: 10-8-6-4-2, 20kg. And some other stuff too, but I'm tired and it's sleepy time. G'night!
